The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) was launched on the 31st of July by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, vice president, prime minister, and the ruler of Dubai.

RERA, is a subsidary agency under Dubai Land Department which is a government organization that regulates the real estate market, and aims to mantain a healthy real estate investment in the emirate of Dubai.

• Real Estate programmes and projects
